YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Mission 1: Supply Chain Data Project Manager – Oct 2025 to Sept 2026 (Headquarter Ecully | France). 

Reporting to Head of Data Management within Supply Chain organisation, your mission will be business oriented and based in Group headquarter in Ecully. You will be connected to the global network of users (EU, China, North and South America).

To support double digit online sales growth planned in the coming years, we need you to strengthen Product Master Data by

  • Developing & leveraging the use of Product Master Data through data analytics
  • Set, formalize and deploy operational process to support the business
  • Support implementation and deployment of Data Quality within Product Master Data

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Map and understand Product Master Data needs within Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Development, Sales & markets organization worldwide.
  • Develop and deploy dashboards to support business needs with tools such as Qlik, Dataiku, AWS and Snowflake.
  • Develop and deploy associated training modules.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT teams for the definition of specifications and validation of the solutions developed.
  • Lead a community of key users to locate and define new opportunities for improving operational processes and tools
  • Implement Data Quality Assurance by establishing and monitoring data quality metrics and implementing corrective actions to address data issues.
  • Be responsible to develop and implement solutions as a project manager. 

The missions described above will be refined and adjusted by the beginning of your assignment, depending on your profile and previous experiences. 

  • Mission 2: Supply Chain Operation Manager – Oct 2026 to March 2027 (in Americas or Western Europe) 

After an experience in the central team, understanding the core working of the Supply Chain at Groupe SEB, you will have the opportunity to be closer to a Supply Chain operation. In this rotation you will be able to work closely with supply chains operators in markets. It will provide you with a gasp of reality of on field decision making.

There you will be able to make concrete impact and manage day-to-day activities. In addition, you will be able to bring continuous improvement to our operations.

The region and the market will be defined during your first mission, to fit to your profile and business needs.

  • Mission 3: Business Manager - 6 months from April 2027 (APAC or South America)

The third part of this process will be a position in a business area.

The main objective is that you can use the experience from Supply Chain (central and operational views) to lead a business position.  As a Business Manager, you will coordinate with production, marketing, sales and other supply chain stakeholders in other to deliver excellence.

Your responsibilities include supporting production and supply of finished goods towards the group’s internal and external clients.The region and the market will be defined during your first mission, to fit to your profile and business needs. 

After 2 years of experience in the GRADUATE PROGRAM, we believe you can take a position in Supply Chain connected to the business and with the ability to drive better decisions through data intelligence.

The purpose is to fast-track your personal and professional evolution within SEB Group.

MANDOTORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated with a master’s degree in engineering or supply chain or equivalent in 2023, 2024 or 2025
  • No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships and apprenticeships excluded)
  • Previous study period or work experience outside your home-country
  • International mobility
  • Fluent in French & English, a third language will be considered as a plus
  • Your autonomy, proactivity and ability to work transversally are your main strengths
  • You are business oriented and have good skills of leveraging data for end users
